Is social media killing creativity?

Social media are the websites and applications that enable you to socially interact with others. For example – Fb, WhatsApp, Insta, Twitter. Social media enables humans with an access to large amount of information with just a click.
Creativity is the use of the existing ideas to generate new ones.
In my opinion, social media increase creativity if it’s used in a right manner. I want to present my own experience.
Social media such as Twitter, Insta , WhatsApp has really expanded my interactions with other and when there is a lot of interaction then there is a lot of learning. When there is a lot of learning then it makes a person to be more creative.
There are more no. of startups from today’s generation due to creativity. Ok, I say you do startups by using your creativity and I will learn from it by accessing social media and it will make me more creative by instilling some initial ideas from your startups.
These social media in itself provides creative opportunities such as you can make creative vedios, content and ads.In YouTube you can also earn by your creative vedios.
I’d like to finish this by responding with a question.
” If Social Media is killing creativity, then why is WordPress so successful? “
It completely depends on the people.
So, we are in a world of creativity and thus,social media has definitely helped in improving creativity.

      I don't think social media is killing creativity. But, someone may be saying " Yes, it is killing creativity due to their reasons ". So, the answer may be different from different perspective. So, we can consider it as grey area.
